Faymas is a digital fashion marketplace operated by Faymass Media and Digital Services L.L.C-FZ, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Faymas”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Services enable users to browse, list, buy, and sell fashion items, including influencer-led collections.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using Faymas, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Marketplace role and responsibility
Faymas provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or control items listed by users.
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, item condition, pricing, and fulfilment.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchasing.
- Any agreement for sale is between the buyer and the seller.
6. Payments and fees
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Faymas does not store full payment card details. Applicable fees, commissions, or charges (if any) will be disclosed within the Services.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Post false, misleading, or infringing content.
- List prohibited or unlawful items.
- Engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Faymas a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
All Faymas branding, software, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Faymas and may not be used without permission.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in harmful behaviour, or if required to comply with legal obligations.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Faymas does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by users.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faymas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faymas from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
